| I purchased this product for a poodle he weights 30 lbs, the vibrator button works some times and the shock button didnt work at all, so I wasted $40.00 dollars, I wanted to send it back but they never included any papers with either the address or even a telephone number to return this product. I was very disatisfied with this product. |

| This worked great for about 1 month. Then the collar started to not receive a signal on a regular basis. After 2 months it quit working all together. Not worth the money. |

The 4-in1 dog Training Shock and Vibration collar was great. I have a pet safe invisible fence that all my dogs are trained to. I did have to get the "mega collars for the boys", but the only differnece on that collar was that it has vibration. The dogs responded so well to the vibration that I decided to try this remote collar for one of the boy's barking and jumping on people. I only corrected him a couple of times, in the moment, with vibration only, and didn't even need to correct him again for a week, though I was ready, remote in hand!
I was surprised that the "tone" feature of this collar is actually a whistle sound that comes from the remote itself. I found this surprisingly useful when walking all 3 dogs on leashes. When they saw another dog or person I would "whistle" and all 3 would break their concentration and continue walking perfectly!
The "ultrasonic" feature doesn't seem to do anything. I have pressed the button and none of the dogs, even the one with the collar respond even slighly.
As for the "shock" option, I still have not needed to use it!
The only problems I did find with the collar/remote themselves is that the batteries do not stay well seated in the collar. We were able to fix this by putting strips of cardboard over the batteries, under the cover to keep them from falling loose. Also, even if the batteries did not move, sometimes the you had to pull the batteries out anyway and put them back in to reprogram the remote to the collar (you have to do this on set up). Finally now we are no longer even able to get them to reprogram together. I am sending it back and purchasing a new set to see if this was just a faulty set. When it worked, it worked great and I would like to continue traing all of our dogs. |
Better then expected

| Super fast delivery, ordered it on a Saturday came the following Tuesday. It came with very detailed instructions and is working great on training my dog to stay in the yard. I dont even use the shock part cause the vibrator seems to actually be more affective. The shock does have a very wierd sensation to it (I tried it on myself) but he treated it more like a bee was stinging him and just kind of shakes it off. The Viberator though scares the crap out him and backs off instantly to what he is not supposed to be doing, plus it makes me feel better knowing its not pain he is feeling. Great product and seller. |
