I had a very rough time in order to get this collar. I live in Brazil and had to have it mailed to a friend of my father that lives in America, during his last visit to the U.S. and then 1 month later I put my hands on the product.
It worked fine for a couple of weeks and then FAILED COMPLETELY. Since I first bought the "value package" with tons of refills and extra batteries, I decided VERY WRONGLY AND DESPITE OTHER REVIEWS TELLING THAT THE PRODUCT JUST DIES AFTER A WHILE to get another collar in order to give the manufacturer another chance and also to take advantage of all the extras I bought. WRONGEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE. Had to wait another 2 months for another friend travel to the U.S. and then received the 2nd collar. AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS, SURPRISE: IT DIED THE SAME WAY! Never used it on rain, followed estrictly all the instructions and had all the products failed in less than one month. No way to get a replacement or a refund since I live overseas.
Bottom line: the product is effective if it works, but its construction/manufacture IS VERY FALLIBLE AND UNRELIABLE. I HAD TWO UNITS AND BOTH FAILED IN LESS THAN ONE MONTH, USING IT APPROPRIATELY AND ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS. So, if you care for your money and for good products, PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS COLLAR! |
Terrible Company. Terrible Product.

The product arrived defective. It just plain didn't work.
I contacted the manufacturer, who ignored all requests. They told me twice that they would send me return information, and it never came. I even gave them a fax number.
This Amazon seller is even worse. They take forever to ship the product out, and wanted me to pay return shipping to Canada myself because their product was defective.
Stay away. As far away as you can. Buy another product, especially one from a different manufacturer or seller. |

| I'm very happy with my Multivet Spray Commander. It's a great training tool for my 7mo.old puppy. I also have an older dog and a cat. When the puppy gets into one of my other pets food or space I just use the remote to give her a warning beep to stop her inappropriate behavior and she usually stops, but if she continues I press the spray button on the remote and she stops her bad behavior immediately. I really like this product because it is very versitable and humane. It can also be used to stop her from barking, begging, getting on furniture, etc. This product has been very effective for me and I would highly recommend it. |

| This product has worked really well with getting our standard poodle puppy to stop barking. I love the remote so I can control her when she is out in the yard. The first button is only a noise, while the second and third buttons shoot a blast of air at her. When she starts to bark I usually only have to just put the collar on her to get her to calm down, as she doesn't like the beeping sound nor the air blast. I like that this can control her but causes her no pain. |
Less "nos" = more plaisant time for your dog
